We start by understanding the outcome you need, the constraints you work under and the systems and teams already in place. We challenge assumptions early, when it is cheapest to do so.
Step 2
Design
We set out options with honest trade-offs, then develop the chosen approach into an architecture your stakeholders, assurers and suppliers can work from.
Step 3
Delivery
We stay involved through build and integration, as design authority, technical lead or hands-on engineers, so that what is delivered matches what was designed.
Step 4
Handover
We document decisions, transfer knowledge and build your team’s capability so you can run and evolve the service without depending on us.
What you can expect from us
Independence
We are vendor-neutral. We do not resell products or accept supplier commissions, so our recommendations are based only on what is right for you.
Security by design
Security, privacy and resilience are requirements from day one. We design to recognised UK standards and frameworks and make assurance part of delivery.
Senior attention
The people who scope the work are the people who do it. You get experienced practitioners, not a pyramid of juniors.
